The Job:
As Director, Master Data and Business Governance, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team and will be working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Lead a team who maintains our Master Data, Pricing, and EDI records to ensure on-time delivery to our customers.
- Develop and deploy governance frameworks that will always allow for quality data and process controls.
- Champion data governance, always looking for more efficient ways to manage our data and system processes.
- Attract, coach and retain a high-performing team of business analysts focused on delivering systems and data that ensures on time and in full customer orders.
- Manage implementations of SAP, WMS, and other supply chain-related systems and enhancements.
- Provide robust governance on various processes within Sales Order Management & Logistics including inventory allocation, packaging change management, and SKU transitions.
- Manage and oversee EDI mapping and partnerships with our customers.
- Manage relationships with IT partners and leaders.
- Perform in-depth analysis of the SBD master data as well as provide strategy for ensuring clean data in the future.
- Drive projects and strategy around improving our customer experience.
The Person:
You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. You also have:
- 9+ years’ experience with a passion for data integrity and proven track record in Data Governance.
- 5+ years’ experience in managing larger teams of data and system analysts.
- Experience with SAP and/or similar ERP systems.
- Deep experience in change management and project management.
- Broad understanding of Sales Order Management, Distribution and Logistics.
- Deep experience in analyzing data and building recommendations based on findings.
