Cristy's Pizza, a thriving restaurant with over 35 years of culinary excellence and the distinction of being named a Top 100 Independent Pizzeria, is seeking a passionate Equity Managing Partner to be the vibrant face of our company within the community.
As an equity partner, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the restaurant, as well as ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service. You will also collaborate with the other partners to align the restaurant’s goals and strategies with Cristy’s mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities
Team Member Recruitment and Development: Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of the restaurant’s personnel, ensuring a high-performance team that delivers exceptional service.
Quality and Cost Oversight: Vigilantly monitor the quality of food and beverages, manage costs effectively, and reduce waste to ensure operational excellence.
Customer Relations: Address customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, resolving any issues promptly to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction.
Financial Administration: Manage the restaurant’s financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow, and accounting, to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant dining environment.
Vendor and Community Engagement: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and the local community, fostering a network of support and collaboration.

Qualifications
- Open availability (including but not limited to nights, weekends, holidays) and willingness to work a variable schedule.
- Living in the same community as your restaurant. We offer to help with moving expenses to select individuals.
- Equity Buy-In: Ability to invest in your start-up restaurant with funds starting at $10,000.
- A valid Ohio driver’s license.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a pizza or casual dining setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm and ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time.
- Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to execution, hospitality, and service.
- Strong P&L knowledge.
- Able to obtain required certifications/permits as required by state/local law.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
