We are looking for a enthusiastic and experienced People & Organizational Development Implementation Partner to support our Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in the APAC region. The Implementation Partner will be responsible for anchoring these initiatives within their respective regions, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing regional specificities.
The team you will be part of
You will be part of the Centre of Excellence (COE) for People & Organizational Development in People & Culture, which houses Leadership Development, Talent Management and DEI under one roof.
You will be reporting to Lea Pein Green, VP of People & Organizational Development and will be located together with Lea's team at our Headquarter in Ballerup. From here, we conceptualize and anchor all concepts, processes and initiatives globally. As our portfolio grows, we see the need to grow our muscle power in supporting our most important region Asia-Pacific (APAC).
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Support regional People & Culture in anchoring global people processes and development programs.
Identify regional needs for leadership development, collaborating with regional People & Culture teams to tailor solutions.
Ensure the regional implementation of GN’s leadership commitments, including facilitating workshops and team seminars, and supporting other People & Culture initiatives.
Conduct talent and leadership assessments and provide feedback to individual leaders and regional leadership teams and assist in creating impactful development plans.
Guide the business in understanding and implementing the annual Talent Review Succession process.
Anchor DEI awareness initiatives locally, supporting the roll-out of DEI calendar campaigns and contextualizing them based on market feedback.
Facilitate and deliver DEI and intercultural awareness training.
Support the global implementation of strategic DEI initiatives, incl. the implementation of inclusive language platforms, and updating local onboarding programs to emphasize DEI commitment.
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you bring the following:
Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid experience in HR, with a focus on leadership development, talent management, and DEI.
Previous experience with successfully implementing HR initiatives in a large global organization.
Comprehensive coaching and facilitation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in handling responsibilities on one's own and collaborating with team members from around the globe.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed (some travel days are required)
