Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic plan and investments.
- Lead the team in developing and maintaining metrics and scorecards pertaining to CIO performance, vendor selection and all third party relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to regulatory bodies.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all reporting and data visualizations activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within reporting framework.
- Improve controlled environment, audit management, manage risk data programs to support heightened standards.
- Help build data visualizations that support risk management and regulatory decision making process.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience especially focused on regulatory affairs and risk data strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully supporting data programs to achieve compliance with standards set forth by regulatory bodies such as OCC, FDIC etc.
- Hands on knowledge of Qlik, Business Objects & Tableau preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to engage with diverse teams to drive program success.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to leverage data insights to make informed decisions and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Substantial experience in leading and managing large teams in implementing data solutions.
- Good experience in analysis, data mapping, documentation of data and complex business processes.
- Excellent understanding of data governance discipline with focus on lineage, glossary, Data Quality etc.
- Candidates with related advanced degrees (Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred.
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
