Behavioral Health Network Inc. (BHN) is looking for an experienced behavioral health industry leader to join our team. This individual will collaborate with our strategic partners to execute BHN’s programs and drive strategies which help our Programs’ customers solve their problems.
As a BHN Senior Vice President, you will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO and guiding an experienced leadership team.
The Senior Vice President manages a comprehensive and robust business model that integrates various elements of the organization into a synergistic whole.
Most critically, this individual is expected to be a strategic and visionary leader who can establish operational and clinical leadership that delivers superior financial results. This role will oversee all financial, material, and human resources and promote a culture that ensures sustainable growth as well as operational excellence throughout the clinical operations.
The SVP is also accountable for building trust and demonstrating its commitment to equity, social justice, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility throughout the organization.
Further, you must understand problems faced by BHN providers in the mental health, substance use, and disabilities areas and offer sage counsel to address complex issues to their resolution.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Master’s Degree in Human Services, Health Care Management, or in a field related to services within the Division.
- Relevant License (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT) preferred.
- Minimum of five years supervisory experience in human services or the healthcare field.
- Working knowledge health insurance and population health management.
- Two or more years’ experience with non-for-profit management.
