Essential Job Functions:
- Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a customer-keeping vision that inspires the hotel employees to do their best.
- Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with the hotel’s revenue-driven culture.
- Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image.
- Make judgments and implement changes to maximize profits; supervise the development of and revision to budgets and forecasts.
- Meet with potential and current clients and promote hotel.
- Travel to attend corporate meetings, sales trips and serve on committees such as Safety Committee.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related degree supplemented by three to five years of experience in the hospitality industry, of which two years includes directorial experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of Director of Operations or equivalent experience required.
- Exempt Full-Time position with the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
