National Health Care Associates, premier provider of short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and post-hospital care, is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development for our 8 Centers in Maine as well as our sole New Hampshire location in Dover.

What You Will Do:
- Regional Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development and marketing strategies for the region to increase occupancy, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth across our eleven facilities.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats in the long-term care industry and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to increase awareness of our services and generate new business leads.
- Sales and Admissions Support: Collaborate with facility-level sales and admissions teams to establish goals, track performance, and provide guidance and coaching to improve results.
- Marketing and Promotions: Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives, such as digital marketing campaigns, brochures, events, and public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, clinical, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for business development and marketing initiatives.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree OR 5 years Industry experience in business development/marketing
- Minimum of 5 years' business development, marketing, within the healthcare industry. *LTC/SNF industry strongly preferred*.
- Proven ability to generate, grow and maintain relationships with referral sources such as Health Systems, ACO's, Physicians, etc.
- Expertise and comfort with public speaking before groups of clients or employees of organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive project management & coordination experience.
- Strong interpersonal Skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication.
- Ability to travel as needed in your assigned region.
