As our ASM, you will:
- Collaborate directly with End-users, OEMs, and Channel Partners, spearheading our aftermarket business growth.
- Coordinate sales activities through selected channel partners in the territory.
- Enhance customer relationships at all levels, contributing to company growth.
Key Focus Areas:
- Deliver booking targets & growth strategies, managing bookings forecasting for assigned territories.
- Utilize Sundyne's activities-based selling processes to secure all open opportunities.
- Identify and develop selling strategies for current or underserved accounts through channel partners, including direct interaction with end users.
- Provide technical consulting and commercial support to end users and channel partners.
- Contribute insights on customer solutions & services offerings to enhance reliability and operational effectiveness.
- Develop detailed plans for territory bookings & growth in alignment with the strategic plan.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure channel partners have the necessary skills & knowledge for effective product and service sales.
- Stay informed on industry technology trends and standards.
- Work closely with RSMs, ASMs, and facilities to understand customer requirements and deliver value-added solutions.
- Manage key account relationships.
- Ensure safety, ethics, and legal compliance in alignment with Sundyne policy.
- Sell a full range of Sundyne pump and compressor products, supplies, and services using technical and consultative-selling skills.
- Develop and maintain a prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with product line managers and internal services organizations to equip channel/customers with the required skills and knowledge.
Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Ability to close open opportunities and effectively utilize the sales process.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in selling rotating equipment in diverse markets, Petroleum & Petrochemicals, refineries, O&G, and general industries.
- Knowledge of the pump & compressor market, and rotating equipment products.
- Experience in selling through channel partners or distributors.
- Proficiency in CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proven ability to execute sales strategies.
- Analytical skills, exceptional presentation, and customer relations skills.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in working with rotating equipment (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation, multitasking ability, and capability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.

Compensation Details
Annual Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00
Additional Compensation
Salary Range for this position: $115k-$125k (the salary offered will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and will be compared with internal equity along with market data for this position).
