Reporting to the VP, Tax, our Senior Tax Manager, Federal & International will lead all aspects of the tax function for US, Canadian, and Puerto Rican tax compliance, reporting, and tax accounting and play a key role in developing internal tax processes and tax planning strategies.

Responsibilities:
You will:
- Manage the quarterly and annual federal and international tax provision calculations and financial statement tax disclosures.
- Manage the data collection, preparation, and filing of all domestic and international income tax returns with 3rd party providers; investigate and prepare roll-forward and other detailed schedules to support book-to-tax adjustments, particularly the management of intangible assets and PPE.
- Manage the data collection, calculation, and preparation surrounding US tax on controlled foreign corporations and foreign branches.
- Calculate, process, and reconcile estimated tax payments and tax account general ledger activity.
- Onboard domestic and international acquisitions and incorporate them into the provision and compliance process.
- Manage the Company’s transfer pricing policies, including the calculation, accounting, and analysis surrounding management fees, royalties, and intercompany loan agreements.
- Monitor legislative changes in US and international tax laws.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to reduce tax expense and eliminate tax exposures.
- Identify and drive process improvement projects.
- Partner with outside tax advisors on various projects and ad-hoc US & international filings.
Qualifications:
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, or finance; CPA or EA preferred.
- Master's in taxation preferred.
- 10+ years of corporate tax experience; 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting.
- Expertise in income tax compliance and accounting (US GAAP, ASC 740).
- Experience in international (Canadian/Puerto Rican) tax provision and compliance.
- Excellent problem solving & communication skills.
