Radiant Express Car Wash - Express Wash General Manager
The Express Wash General Manager is responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to the team in order to promote exceptional and friendly guest experiences, operational excellence, and to help build profitable top line sales. This individual is responsible for ensuring all daily aspects of the car wash operation runs smoothly and safely. This includes hiring and developing a guest-first service team, building and fostering strong guest relationships, and processing high quality, clean cars in an express wash environment. Responsibilities also include developing marketing plans and assisting in growing new business. This role will also ensure that safety is the number one priority at the location.
JOB PREVIEW:
- Manage a cohesive team in a clean, fast-paced environment
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with our guests by delivering exceptional guest service and operational excellence at every interaction
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Drive operational excellence in order to build profitable top-line sales
- Maintain safe and overall cleanliness and maintenance of the site; conduct audits
- Complete administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, deposits, supply ordering and inventory
- Develop marketing plans and assist in growing new business in the community
- Follow all Radiant Express Car Wash company policies, safety procedures and brand standards
- Complete RECW’s Manager-in-training program

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful experience in the industry or related
- Understand and utilize financial analysis tools to grow the business
- Can drive profit through guest satisfaction, increased volume, and guest loyalty
- Role model of ownership, accountability, training, safety, service, and cleanliness
- Enjoy team building, including training and developing team members
- Enjoy working on your feet, outdoors, in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Operate with respect and integrity
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and evenings
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
