Oracle Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO) – OCI Commercial Business Lead
Global Business Revenue Operations (GBRO) is responsible for all systems, tools, business processes, and operations for our direct and indirect business lines. About the Opportunity
This Commercial Business Lead position is part of the newly formed Commercial Business team within the GBRO organization. You will be responsible for defining Global Revenue Operations initiatives that enable Line of Business revenue goals. This role will focus on managing high-profile programs that will accelerate business priorities, while also providing subject matter expertise to other initiatives centrally supported by the Rev Ops PMO. You will also be responsible for preparing executive level updates as necessary for coordinated and adhoc engagements for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Responsibilities
- Leads cross-functional teams to identify areas for optimization across our core sales & partner pillars, such as the Oracle Customer Engagement Methodology.
- Supports the definition of and ultimately owns the execution of programs and initiatives for global and LoB top business priorities.
- Leans into the business to seek understanding of current pain points and challenges through the seller and partner experience.
- Support, manage and develop executive-level presentations to communicate and support strategic recommendations and progress updates.
- Facilitates regular communication with internal teams to discuss program progress, challenges and opportunities.
- Works closely with senior executives, demonstrating expertise and understanding of their priorities.
- Collaborates with our sales & partner process owners to influence their roadmaps and design considerations to optimize for OCI.
- Summarizes key issues and business insights to educate broader GBRO stakeholders on opportunities across the business.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
