As the COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Brighlife Enhancement Services.
We are a small, tight-knit team, and being a startup, this role requires a hands-on leader with a broad scope of executive-level responsibilities. You will oversee the smooth operation of our various programs, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and create synergies across all programs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Governance & Compliance:
- Oversee corporate governance, ensuring that the company’s practices align with its strategic objectives and industry standards.
- Manage sectoral regulatory compliance, ensuring that all operational aspects meet the required health and legal standards.
- Ensure the company is in compliance with legal regulations across all programs, working closely with clinical and behavioral health professionals to safeguard the business from potential risks.
- Program Efficiency & Synergy:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of each accredited program, ensuring they run efficiently and that resources are optimized for maximum impact.
- Identify and drive synergies across different programs, aligning their operations for better collaboration and shared outcomes.
- Regulatory & Policy Liaison:
- Act as the company’s liaison with regulators and policymakers, fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders to enhance the company’s compliance and operational standing.
- Represent the company in policy discourse and public forums, contributing to the development of mental health services and community support programs.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a small but growing team, instilling a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to set strategic goals, operational priorities, and financial objectives.
