We are growing and looking for a highly skilled General Manager(s) to join our group spanning all of our locations in Idaho, Utah, and Montana! Responsibilities
- Successfully operate a profitable high volume dealership while adhering to the Young Automotive Group core values
- Provide an exceptional experience to our customers
- Select, train, and develop Variable and Fixed Operations teams to meet and exceed all performance criteria
- Increase market penetration for both Variable and Fixed Operations year over year
- Promote growth within your team and increase bench strength in preparation for future growth opportunities in the group
- Provide leadership and support for other dealerships in the Young Automotive Group
- Engage and support the community surrounding our dealerships and encourage employee involvement in community events
Qualifications
- For consideration you must be able to demonstrate your success and experience in the following areas:
- Proven successful operation of a profitable and high volume automotive dealership
- Thorough understanding of both Fixed and Variable operations and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
- Proven success in the selection, training, development, and overall growth and performance of all staff
- Thorough understanding of financial statements and internal processes and controls
- Proven track record of exceeding manufacturer performance standards as well as profitability expectations year over year
- A passion and commitment to personal and professional development
