- Perseverance: You are not afraid of the difficult path. A lifelong learner, you stand firm in the face of challenges, emerging aligned with our vision.
At Molinari Pools, our Core Purpose is to Love People and Love Pools! This is derived from the biblical principle (part of the 10 commandments in the gospels) to love God and to love our neighbors. We exist to do just that; we love people by serving our team and our clients as we create, refresh and maintain residential pools. This allows our clients in the community to make memories and love their neighbors, friends and family through the enjoyment of these beautiful spaces. As we grow our markets and dive deeper into operations, our COO/Integrator will be a process-oriented lifelong learner who is committed to winning in a way that honors God and achieves the vision, values and purpose of our company.

WHY WORK WITH US?
We’re part of something bigger than ourselves, building a legacy together. We always step up, own our responsibilities, and are poised for growth because we take it seriously.
- As part of the team, you feel you’re building something greater than yourself. Serving others is one of the main ways we honor God with our lives - we know that serving our team and our clients in the community is work as worship.
- Bigger than any one person, you will be part of a team striving to have a major, positive impact on the community through relationships and faithful stewardship of our time, talents and finances.
- Work with leaders who are good people – driven, humble, team players – fostering high levels of trust and vulnerability
- The company genuinely cares about you – prioritizing work-life balance and holistic care for the team and their families, ensuring you’re not just another number
Together, we build upon a 30-year legacy, creating spaces for rest, joy, and connection in the beautiful community we call home.
We run our company on our core values:
- Integrity First: Do what you say. Do the right thing.
- Proverbs 10:9 “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely…” – When you do what you say, your team knows they can count on you; when you do the right thing, you establish security for yourself, your team, and the whole company.
- Be Real: No drama. Enjoy the journey. Bring the passion.
- Romans 12:9 "Let love be genuine..." Be the real you. Bring your passions, fears, and honest self to the table. If you do that genuinely lovingly, you build trust that just can't be created any other way. We are all on a journey. Let's enjoy that journey together.
- GSD: GET STUFF DONE!: Hardworking, Dedicated, GRIT.
- Colossians 3:23 “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely…”–Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men…” We are big fans of planning our work, but at the end of the day, hard work and dedication to pushing through the challenging moments are what gets the job done
- Selfless Service: Bigger than you. Humble. Confident. Team player.
- Philippians 2:4 “Let each of you look not only to his own interests but also to the interests of others" We set big goals here and are making an impact bigger than all of us. Your team needs you to bring a servant's heart and back them up when possible.
- WIN, WIN, WIN: Win for the TEAM. Win for the CLIENT. Win for the COMPANY.
- Proverbs 21:31 “...the victory belongs to the Lord." We are playing the game to win, but not just on an individual level. We are playing to win it for the whole team, our clients and the company. We are only successful when we get W's in all three columns.
