CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Senior Management Analyst to provide services in support of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The successful candidate will interface with the HHS leadership team and adjacent organizations and collaborate across the entire spectrum of program stakeholders; bring innovation and creativity in the areas of Technology and Workforce Assessment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluating available technologies and determining the most appropriate options that align with the organization’s objectives, requirements, and long-term sustainability.
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to include assessing compatibility, scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design systems and procedures and conduct work simplification and measurement studies.
- Determine computing needs of an organization and translate them into system specifications.
- Facilitate Government-Contractor communications and consensus building among various project groups.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
- Ability to handle high-paced projects.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience.
- MA/MS degree (preferred).
- Technology Assessment in alignment with AMB Circular A-137 Experience (preferred).
- Workforce Assessment and Human Capital Roadmap management experience (preferred).
- Acquisition Management experience (preferred).
- Experience working with and supporting Organization Leadership.
- HHS experience (preferred).
