Zeno Chicago is looking for a corporate/B2B digital marketing leader to join our Chicago Digital and Corporate teams. The SVP, Corporate Digital will be responsible for leading digital workstreams for key corporate clients including but not limited to executive visibility and thought leadership, executive and corporate social media strategy, paid social (especially LinkedIn) and online corporate storytelling, including deep familiarity with SEO and foundational knowledge of website development.
This role is for an entrepreneurial candidate who can help further advance our Zeno Digital Experience Reputation Management Center of Excellence. S/he should be excited by the opportunity to co-create a direction for this work at Zeno partnering closely with Zeno’s Corporate team, helping to grow existing clients and new business in the process. As part of this, the leader will be comfortable and successful in collaborating with C-level executives, providing counsel both proactively and reactively.
The SVP, Corporate Digital will lead digital work for some of the world’s most renowned brands and Zeno’s biggest clients. S/he should be an expert at developing data-driven strategies that leverage market, category and audience insights to uncover and point to a unique path forward for our clients and deliver business results. S/he should have an expert knowledge base of the digital media landscape for consumer and B2B, and an understanding of all possible media and marketing channels (social, programmatic, search, TV, video, and email), with an emphasis on social. S/he will have true business acumen, understanding enterprise strategy and consistently pulling proactive recommendations and strategic thinking because of their deep corporate expertise. S/he will have experience with developing measurable thought leadership campaigns including executive visibility on social media and corporate reputation initiatives. Knowledge of the global digital ecosystem is highly desired, to help serve Zeno’s multi-national clients.
In addition to strategy building, as a SVP, Corporate Digital, you’ll be expected to cultivate senior digital and marketing client relationships and drive execution from start to finish. This candidate should have a hands-on approach to mentoring junior teammates and driving the team collectively towards success. S/he should have deep experience managing a team and creative deliverables, including a natural knack for copywriting and creative concepting.
In this role, the candidate would lead matrixed teams across specialties, including creative, analytics and paid media. The SVP, Corporate Digital will report into the head of the Chicago digital practice and be a leader on the Chicago digital team while also keeping the wider Corporate team looped in on leading-edge digital innovation and best practices.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in corporate or B2B digital marketing
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing or other related field
- Deep experience with corporate content strategy development, whether for a brand’s corporate social channels or an executive’s channels
- Deep experience with paid social media, including behavioral targeting (especially LinkedIn)
- Experience in developing a brand’s corporate website, including SEO
- A natural copywriter and creative thinker
- Strong problem-solving and natural leadership, with previous experience managing others
- Highly experienced with client counsel and tough client Q&A conversations
- Experience in numerous client presentations, with strong speaking skills
- Strong project management skills with experience growing and leading a team
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, optimization and ability to spot trends
- Pluses:
- Experience with SEM and programmatic display
- Demonstrable experience in bid management and tracking solutions (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and various ad platforms
- Expertise in B2B influencer marketing, including both paid and earned
Salary: $128,000 - $201,000 a year
Pay range: $128,000 to $201,000/year USD
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
