The ideal candidate has at least 2–3 years of real estate industry experience and/or experience with leadership, coaching, recruiting or talent acquisition. They understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these to make strong business decisions.

What will you do?
- Lead the Brokerage and implement the Network and Brokerage mission, vision and values
- Drive growth through increasing agent count, market share and profitability
- Consult top associates and business owners to increase productivity, retention and leadership
- Lead the development of associates to maximize average income per associate
- Be the Steward of Brokerage profitability
- Lead the Executive Leadership Team/Staff in accomplishing Brokerage goals
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Recruit real estate sales associates and attract talent
- Oversee recruiting systems of sales associates with a focus on top producers
- Share Brokerage value story with recruits, leadership and associates
- Master Network and Keller Williams systems, models and technology to oversee the implementation of a world class training calendar and opportunity map for the growth and development of sales associates in key areas of business
- Lead sales and business meetings, trainings and masterminds
- Coach and consult with associates and business owners
Knowledge/Skill
- 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
- Real estate industry knowledge, experience, and skill
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- People, leadership, management and team-building skills
- Great at time management and organization
- Goal setting, planning and accountability skills
- Proactive, positive, solution based, results focused attitude
Compensation: $80,000 to $150,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
