Credence Management Solutions, LLC. (Credence) is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner with expertise in employee relations and business strategy for a full time position based out of our Mclean, VA and Washington DC.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Must have experience working with large sized teams (2k+ employees or greater).
- Must be willing to provide hands-on best practice guidance to promote fairness in an environment that is the perfect split of HR and Business best practices.
- Partner with Federal Program PMs to create and develop hands-on innovative and tailored solutions to help their programs to be successful.
- Work with internal support teams to ensure exceptional service to our employees and customers.
- Utilize critical thinking to focus on continuous improvement and solutions to drive efficiencies and scalability of the business.
- Leverage best practices and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Aggregate and analyze HR data to provide insight and recommendations about organizational practices and goals.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- PMP/ITIL or PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification(s) are nice to have but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources roles.
- Experience with developing and implementing organizational policies and directives on HR federal client programs.
- Experience with providing internal customer service in large organizations.
- Experience with managing sensitive, critical employee situations.
- Experience with managing day-to-day employee relations.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Ability to work on a computer for an extended period of time.
