ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for a seasoned and passionate Employee Central Global Benefits consultant who can thrive in challenging situations to work on delivering cutting-edge SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits application solutions for our clients. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Independently lead an implementation, conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and providing conceptual design.
- Closely collaborate with right shore teams to design and build complex working solutions for our clients. Maintain a hands-on approach to ensure timelines are met.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and business teams and develop strong client relationships.
- Develop clear presentation materials and implementation documents for design, build, and testing.
- Support pre-sales activities and work closely with the product engineering team to convey business wish lists and help grow a constantly evolving application product.
- Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies to ensure recommended best practices are implemented for our clients.
- Support in escalations to provide timely solutions.
- Participate in business process workshops and in the planning of process implementation to ensure quality HXM process models are adopted.
- Demonstrate profound knowledge of process modeling standards and tools.
- Take responsibility from time to time as team lead and support respective line manager(s) in people development tasks.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- At least 8 years consulting experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central required.
- At least 3-5 years consulting experience with Employee Central Global Benefits required.
- Candidates MUST BE PROFESSIONALLY CERTIFIED in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Candidates must be located in the U.S. or Canada.
- Candidates must be able to travel up to 100% of the time.
- Experience with a minimum of 3 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits.
- Good understanding of industry-specific business processes.
- Understands SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Benefits business processes and best practices.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- University degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. The targeted combined range for this position is 134300 - 228300 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
