Duties:

- Conduct due diligence for transactions, including analysis of financial statements, business operations, and legal compliance.
- Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance matters and general corporate issues.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement creative solutions for complex legal and business challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments in the areas of private equity and corporate law.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience in private equity and related areas.
- Bar admission in good standing in Florida.
- Proven track record of handling complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and venture capital financing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client service skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with effective problem-solving capabilities.
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
