- Deal Optimization: Leverage deal structure and strategy knowledge to maximize outcomes for both Groupon and our partners, enhancing satisfaction, engagement, retention, and profitability.
- Business Insight: Develop a deep understanding of each merchant’s business, including products, services, consumer demographics, competitive differentiation, and revenue drivers.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently, adapting to shifting demands and maintaining strong organizational skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with various teams to align on sales processes, tools, and product strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Focus on annual revenue growth through account planning, inventory addition, deal optimization, and problem-solving, in collaboration with your MSD counterpart.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support supply density, identify impactful growth opportunities, review data insights, conduct account reviews/QBRs, and develop customized strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in Customer Success with Enterprise-level businesses, with a minimum of 5 years in Enterprise Account Management and Account Based Selling.
- Sales Skills: Experience in upselling and reselling using phone and video tools (e.g., Google Meet).
