We have partnered with our client in their search for an Enterprise Architect.
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our team and drive our technology strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to ensure our technology aligns with our business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in the upcoming ERP and CRM selection and implementation projects.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture roadmap that supports our long-term business goals. Responsible for architectural planning, design, development including the definition of the North Star Architecture (NSA) as part of the overall Business Transformation Program.
- Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture.
- Azure Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of Azure to optimize cloud adoption and drive innovation.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend emerging technologies to enhance our competitive advantage. Conduct POCs and influence teams towards a well-architected solution.
- ERP, ETRM, and CRM Implementation: Play a key role in the selection and implementation of our ERP, ETRM, and CRM systems, ensuring they align with our business needs and architecture.
- Data Layer and Custom Development: Establish the architecture and technology directions for data layer implementation and custom development stack.
- Governance: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Azure, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Deep knowledge in Solution architecture, Microservices architecture, Micro frontends architecture, Cloud architecture, Cloud native architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience in API Gateway, Identity and Access Management implementations, messaging technologies, Kubernetes, service mesh, Docker, CICD, security, testing, and observability stacks.
- Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, CITA).
- Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects.
