What You'll Do
- Maintain inventory through prevention of loss due to fraud, quality, and counting; including loss of product not being cycled/expired
- Supervise activities of the Plant including shipping, receiving, operations, safety and environmental
- Direct and coordinate activities to include: safety, quality, production, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, and training
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services provided to both established and potential customers
- Telephone and face-to-face contact with customers providing recommendations, price/job quoting, and entering sales orders
- Understand the scope of work and accurately communicate the information to sales
- Other duties as assigned in general support of the organization
What You'll Need
- Customer service focused and collaborative as appropriate with internal and external customers
- Knowledge of full manufacturing process to include production and fabrication experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions
- Must be able to multi-task and handle stress in a highly productive environment while problem-solving in all areas of the Warehouse
Your Education
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business or industry experience equivalence
