What you can expect from this role:
The Family Medicine Clinic in Wood River is looking for a team-centered LPN or CMA Lead to work in their busy fast-paced environment! If you enjoy positive team cultures, being able to multi-task, and leading people - this role is for you!
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule: Four, 10-hour shifts per week (Monday - Friday with variable day off). No weekends/holidays!
- Responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis.
- The LPN/CMA Lead will also assist with Staff CMA/LPN duties working alongside physicians and APPs, and will still provide some patient care, working alongside clinic staff, etc.
Lead CMA Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Certifications:
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant (NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, NHA)
Experience:
Lead LPN Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program
Certifications:
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice
