Ophthalmologist - Full-Time / Part-Time - Las Cruces, NM
Eyes Of the Southwest is looking to hire an Ophthalmologist on a full-time basis! We are open to part-time as well. We are a comprehensive and well-respected ophthalmology practice in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

What You’ll Need:
- MD or DO degree
- Valid NM state license or eligible
- Specialty training is a plus!
- Strong diagnostic and management skills
What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams on 35-45 patients per day
- Perform 8-25 cataract surgeries per week (Femto or Traditional).
- Manage common ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, retinal disorders, diabetic eye problems, and ocular surface diseases.

Our optical shop has 2 opticians and over 1200 frames. The ASC has Centurion Phaco machines, ORA, Femto laser, and buy-in opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation (for full-time MD) of $250k - $400k annual, commensurate with experience
