Our adjunct treatments include Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine treatments, biofeedback therapy, and therapy groups.
Position Overview: The Chief Operating Officer will play a crucial role in the strategic growth and operational efficiency of Contemporary Care. This is a newly created position designed to lead the expansion and enhancement of our practice. The Director will develop and implement innovative strategies to increase the number of locations, patients treated, revenue, profit, and industry influence while onboarding more providers. The successful candidate will possess a strong strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for advancing mental health care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the number of practice locations.
- Increase patient base through effective marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth and enhance profitability through innovative business strategies.
- Strengthen industry influence and brand recognition.
- Lead recruitment efforts to onboard new providers and expand the clinical team.
- Implement new treatment modalities and optimize existing ones.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
- Streamline operations to reduce day-to-day management effort.
Objectives:
- Increase Number of Locations: Strategize and implement plans to open new practice locations.
- Increase Number of Patients Treated: Enhance patient acquisition through targeted marketing and superior service delivery.
- Grow Revenue: Develop initiatives to boost financial performance.
- Increase Profit: Optimize operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Expand Industry Influence: Position Contemporary Care as a leader in the mental health care industry.
- Onboard More Providers: Recruit top-tier mental health professionals to join our team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in business operations, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong strategic planning and implementation skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Experience with marketing and business development initiatives.
- Knowledge of mental health care practices and treatment modalities is a plus.
