As a DPA/CSO, you will monitor the company’s maritime HSEQ and compliance related policies, procedures and standards for the managed fleet of vessels. You will be an integral part of our yacht management department, as well as carrying out internal audits onboard and ashore. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of your designated fleet of vessels and will be an essential link between the crew and Y.CO. You enjoy a fast-paced role and finding creative, effective solutions to complex problems. You will also actively participate in all Y.CO sponsored sustainability programs.

- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build strong relationships with crew and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to think laterally and provide creative solutions to complex issues.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years’ onboard or shore-based experience in a maritime compliance role.
- Excellent knowledge of maritime codes and conventions.
Desirable Certification Held
- Designated Person Ashore.
- ISPS Company Security Officer.
