We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Vice President (RVP), Partnership Program to spearhead the growth and development of our channel and technology partner programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling successful partner ecosystems, leveraging deep industry knowledge, and aligning partners with business objectives to drive revenue, market expansion, and mutual growth. This role will require a strategic thinker and effective leader with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional value to both partners and the organization.
What you will be doing:
- Partnership Development & Strategy: Build, manage, and expand relationships with key channel and technology partners, aligning with company goals to drive revenue, enhance product offerings, and enter new markets.
- Program Management: Oversee the design and execution of scalable partner programs, including onboarding, enablement, incentives, and ongoing support to ensure partner success.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to generate new business opportunities, accelerate sales cycles, and increase revenue contribution through indirect channels.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of partner managers and support staff, setting clear performance expectations and driving the team’s performance in line with business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align partner activities with the company’s strategic objectives, ensuring that partners are fully integrated into the broader sales and marketing efforts.
- Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive training and enablement programs to ensure that partners are equipped to effectively promote, sell, and implement the company’s products and services.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine the partner program and keep it competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner programs, regularly reporting progress to senior leadership and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring favorable terms that align with company policies and objectives while maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
What you bring to the team:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in channel and/or partner management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the SaaS, cloud, or technology industry.
- Track Record: Proven success in building, scaling, and optimizing channel and technology partner ecosystems, with demonstrable revenue growth and increased market share through indirect sales models.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and execute effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.
This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will vary and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
Seismic’s salary range for this position:
$162,700 — $280,700 USD
