Overview
Inovalon is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive partner engagement, co-marketing activities, and joint lead generation efforts to boost sales revenues through strategic partnerships. This individual will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in partner marketing and will work closely with partners to craft compelling messaging and positioning that align with joint business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner Marketing Initiatives: Develop and manage partner marketing strategies with a primary responsibility for driving leads and ensuring effective co-marketing efforts to enhance sales performance.
- Create and Implement Co-Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Provider Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging channels such as email, social media, PPC, direct mail, webinars, and other strategies to maximize impact.
- Content Development: Work with Content Marketing to lead the development of content, including webpages, sales collateral, lead generation assets, videos, blog posts, webinars, infographics, and sales tools that support the selling/marketing of Inovalon solutions.
- Cross-Collaboration: Work collaboratively across various groups, including Partner Management, Product Management, Demand Generation, Digital and Analytics, Design, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.
- Partner Events: Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute marketing needs at partner-led user conferences and industry tradeshows.
- Partner Marketing Promotions: Provide recommendations for marketing promotions and incentives that drive partner engagement and sales revenue.
- Partner-Focused Collateral: Work with Content Marketing to lead the development of partner-facing marketing collateral, case studies, and campaign messaging that resonate with the partner's customer base.
- Partner Reference Management: Manage partner references and success stories to support joint marketing initiatives and sales efforts.
- Partner Point-of-Contact: Act as the primary marketing point-of-contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Industry Trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics that influence partner marketing strategies.
- Company Policies: Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures.
- Operational Success: Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed to achieve the operational and financial success of the organization in collaboration with partners.
- Processes and Procedures: Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing.
- Experience in revenue cycle management, partner marketing, and healthcare product marketing preferred.
- Experience marketing technology products & services and/or within a B2B company preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and initiative; ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time); Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force. Subject to inside environmental conditions; and travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
At Inovalon, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
Base Compensation Range: $103,400—$140,000 USD
