L&D Senior Program Manager – Core Skills Development

This role will support the global Learning & Development function within Keystone Strategy’s Operations Team. The L&D Senior Program Manager will be instrumental in developing a best-in-class team, driving our growth strategy, and fostering a dynamic, innovative culture. This individual will own and project manage Keystone’s portfolio of programs and offerings to support our employees’ core skills development. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our learning and development strategy at a critical growth juncture for Keystone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set a global, firmwide strategy for core skills development and deliver on programs to support that vision.
- Leverage a variety of data sources to deeply understand the skill and behavior gaps of all employee profiles at Keystone, with a priority emphasis in the beginning on our critical Engagement Manager population.
- Oversee curriculum development and maintenance for all materials to support Keystone’s continuous learning and skill building function
- Partner with SMEs across the firm on curriculum design and delivery, and identify and execute upon opportunities for external training or development.
- Regularly facilitate programming including training sessions, workshops, manager and leader development programs, cohort programs, and discussion groups.
- Act as go-to person for Keystone’s leadership team on all matters related to training and core skills development.
- Establish Keystone’s core L&D tech strategy, and provide systems administration support for platforms within our development and e-learning tech stack.
- Evaluate effectiveness of all programming and offerings and implement action plans to drive enhancements.
- Partner with Operations leadership on the overall leadership development framework at Keystone and the interdependencies with other Operations functions, including HR & Benefits, Staffing, Practice Operations, Finance, and Legal.
Required Skills:
- Experience with L&D, learning design principles, curriculum development, and manager and leader capability-building.
- Demonstrated commitment to understanding and improving the employee experience.
- Experience communicating with a broad employee base, with a demonstrated track record of effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to partner with and influence employees at all levels of the organization and with different levels of technological understanding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience owning and executing initiatives from start to finish
- Self-motivated, and able to prioritize work independently.
- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
- Adept at learning new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Functions effectively in a fast-paced environment.
US Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
