The Product Director will be accountable for leading patient focused strategies and execution for ERLEADA and AKEEGA. In this role, you will focus both on the development of strategies and tactics for optimal patient support and activation strategies, including insight generation, strategy development, strategic media planning, content development, and tactical execution. The Product Director will work with a cross functional team of brand partners, field sales, internal partners, and agency partners to help support Prostate Portfolio patients.
Position Description:
- Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals and ensure its pull-through to patients and care partners in the marketplace
- Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with: Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
- Develop content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies
- Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
- Manage the patient branded media plan, ensuring rigorous measurement and optimization to drive efficiencies and business returns
Qualifications
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
- A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management and/or related fields
- Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication
- Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel
Preferred:
- People leadership experience
- Experience in oncology
- Proficiency in omnichannel strategies
- Prior experience in patient/consumer marketing
- Previous sales experience
