WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Knowledge Director (KD) within BCG's Global Advantage Practice Area, you will be a key contributor towards the strategic agenda for the Geopolitics and Trade Impact topic. You will grow and deploy a team of 4+ experts to provide value added support to the business and be responsible for team's performance across all KPIs (case billability, quality, content creation, etc.). You will also take ownership for the team's development and career progression.
Additionally, you will directly contribute to cases, proposals, client workshops based upon your own extensive experience in the domain. You will support SATT & Conferences, presenting expertise in meetings & conferences.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 7+ years consulting experience required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 8+ years minimum industry experience required; 12-14+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Prior academic and/or professional exposure in economics, public/trade policy, international law and/or international relations preferable.
- A solid working knowledge of geopolitics, trade and foreign direct investment.
- Skilled in quantitative analysis and modelling, able to distil patterns and insights from data while maintaining a close attention to detail.
- Experience living and studying in a non-Anglosphere country a plus.
- Fluency in English; other languages would be advantageous but not required.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
You will join a global team of Geopolitics and Trade experts based in Montreal, Toronto, Boston, Washington DC, Amsterdam, London and Singapore, comprising of BCG partners, consultants, and members of BCG's Knowledge Team. Our team delivers customized knowledge and expertise to BCG clients across a range of industries around the world. We also drive BCG's growing IP around geopolitics and trade, including proprietary tools, publications, background materials, and curated project work ("case work", in BCG parlance).
As a Knowledge Director, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
