Overview:
We are seeking a Manager – Deposit Product Strategy – a high energy professional who is obsessed with extreme passion about innovative product ownership, design, and driving transformational change. A single contributor role with the opportunity to bring together key stakeholders and teams to deliver against common performance goals. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing will oversee the strategy, management, and positioning of all credit union deposit products. Collaborating closely with the Business Intelligence, Campaign, Digital, and Retail teams will drive growth and enhance the utilization of our products and services. Leadership will be crucial in developing innovative strategies that align with our organizational goals and meet the evolving needs of our members and our target markets.
What You Will Do:
- Analyzes market trends and member feedback to optimize product positioning.
- Provides competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify product strengths and gaps, and extract insights.
- Defines and implements business cases and strategic roadmaps for banking products and services, including project and budget approvals.
- Develops and implements comprehensive strategies for deposit product offerings.
- Develops business cases by identifying needs, analyzing potential options, and assessing expected returns on investment.
- Provides recommendations on product lifecycle.
- Designs, implements, manages, and enhances a single product or suite of products throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Partners with the Marketing Campaign team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns include budget management and ROI.
- Develops and maintains product directives and policies.
- Monitors product performance and drives initiatives to increase growth and usage.
- Provides insights and reports on product performance and opportunities.
- Analyzes customer/consumer insights and channel data to identify strengths and gaps, and extract insights.
- Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Monitors key product performance and growth metrics to identify trends and recommend action plans.
- Develops, implements, and monitors key metrics and action plans to optimize financial performance of deposit products.
What We Are Looking For:
- 6-10 years Financial Services experience managing deposit products and/or experience in regulated industries managing products is required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent field is required.
- Proven ability to drive strategic marketing programs resulting in targeted deposit growth.
- Ability to foster a positive and motivating work environment, encouraging feedback and innovation.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with and influence senior management.
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, initiative and planning skills.
- Advanced knowledge of, and ability to use, all current graphic design programs and supporting creative programs.

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all our job postings regardless of State. We set standard pay ranges for all roles based on function and level of expertise, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is: $90k - $120K
