Role Overview
As the Director of Sales for the US NA market, based in Secaucus, NJ, you will be a key member of our executive leadership team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base in the region and contributing to the success of our industry-leading software solutions.

What you'll do
- Business Development and Relationship Building:
- Drive business development initiatives across the US, increasing revenue, market share, and customer alliances.
- Build executive relationships with customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Sales Mastery:
- Manage top customers and key prospects, developing strategies that highlight our value proposition.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead and develop our US Sales team.
- Foster a motivated sales force through proactive client engagement and tailored messaging solutions.
- Participate in sales activities, supporting your team in customer interactions.
- Optimize & manage sales funnels within CRM tools in coordination with HQ Controlling team.
What you'll need
- Experience: 10+ years in progressive sales leadership within the B2B software industry, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software and telecommunication sectors, Cloud market dynamics, and enterprise customer pain points, especially in Healthcare and Finance. Existing industry relationships are a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a diverse sales team. Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
- Hands-on Mentality: Ability to devise and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the US market.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using sales analytics and CRM tools.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Location: Based in NJ, with occasional travel up to 50%.
