We are seeking a senior sales leader to drive growth at Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery in Dallas, TX as the Senior Managing Partner of Family Service.
We are looking for a leader! Even if you do not have experience in our amazing profession, if you have proven leadership experience with large sales teams, we want to talk to you. We need a leader capable of managing several teams, helping us serve more families today than we did yesterday and driving strategic growth within the market.
This position will be responsible for directing and leading the cemetery and funeral home sales teams, driving growth and profitability, ensuring the location attains revenue goals and team development. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, interpersonal skills plus experience in long term strategic planning and execution, sales, marketing, and customer service while also being highly motivated and driven to succeed through collaboration and empowerment.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the cemetery and funeral profession with experience leading large volume locations (1,000+) or multi-location markets with greater volume.
OR
- A strong, highly organized leader, regardless of profession, with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership role. Must possess strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills and have a track record of growing both teams and businesses.
