With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a MASINT analyst, you will use your specialized technical and functional experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.
As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters, senior policymakers, internal client publications, and US IC-wide products. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:
- 8+ years of experience with conducting MASINT analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools
- 8+ years of experience with DoD and IC All-Source analysis tools, collecting and analyzing information in support of government organizations, including the DoD
- 2 years of experience with working or supporting the USINDOPACOM AOR
- Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions to customers' requests for information
- Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to Defense planners and policymakers
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- 12+ years of experience conducting MASINT analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools
- 12+ years of experience with DoD and IC All-Source analysis tools, collecting and analyzing information in support of government organizations, including the DoD
- 5 years of experience with working or supporting the USINDOPACOM AOR
- Bachelor's degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
Work Model:
- If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
- If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
