Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):
We are currently seeking a data-driven Senior Manager, Paid Media with strong eCommerce advertising experience to join our growing team. This role can be remote, hybrid, or on-site in Ronkonkoma, NY. Associates residing within commuting distance of the office work hybrid or on-site. Candidate must be available to work Eastern Standard Time zone.
As the Senior Manager, PPC Advertising you'll lead our paid team and manage ecommerce ad campaigns across a variety of platforms. You'll leverage your expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads while also handling campaigns on paid search, paid social, display, marketplace, retail media, CTV, and more. You’ll be responsible for handling multiple projects with accuracy in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a focus on driving sales and profits.
This role requires a hands-on approach—actively managing campaigns and utilizing Excel. You’ll also provide guidance and support to your team, ensuring that projects are completed accurately and on time. Quick problem-solving and continuous process improvement are essential, along with maintaining timely communication and following up to ensure all deadlines are met.
Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
- Advertising Campaign Management
Oversee and manage the daily operations of campaign creation, optimization, A/B testing, and maintenance across various platforms, including Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Retail Media accounts, ensuring alignment with KPIs and all reporting and paid advertising management are carefully executed with the highest quality and in a timely manner. - Manage and monitor bids and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and track key performance indicators for campaigns.
- Take the lead in setting up and launching new accounts, including all aspects of account creation, monitoring, expansion, and optimization.
- Direct the optimization of Google and Bing Merchant Centers product feeds to drive strategic growth and effectiveness in Shopping Campaigns.
- Take charge of all testing methodologies within paid media, covering areas such as bidding strategies, audience targeting, ad copy, and landing page performance.
- Quickly investigate and resolve issues that adversely impact performance or cause ads to stop serving during and outside normal working hours.
- Create comprehensive reports to showcase optimizations, A/B tests, performance metrics, and effectively communicate findings and strategies to company leadership.
- Utilize extensive expertise in paid media platforms to analyze and resolve a wide range of diverse and complex issues effectively.
- Partner closely with the creative team to develop engaging content, images, and videos that drive sales and high conversion rates.
- People Management
Supervise the daily activities of a team of paid media campaign specialists, ensuring the achievement of performance KPIs and adherence to weekly and monthly budgets. - Train and develop team members, broadening their skillset and expertise to improve efficiency and the overall quality of work.
- Develop and implement innovative processes to enhance the team's operational efficiency and drive superior performance outcomes.

Ingredients Required (Qualifications):
- Over 5 years of hands-on management experience in overseeing Paid Search, Shopping, Social, Display, Amazon, Retail Media, and Native advertising platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through performance-driven paid media campaigns.
- Advanced skills in Excel and a thorough understanding of Google Analytics.
- Great attention to detail and strong data analysis skills to ensure campaigns run smoothly and uncover insights for improving campaign performance.
- Demonstrated track record in effectively leading and developing teams, with a talent for nurturing high-potential employees to achieve their full capabilities.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities and projects, while effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across the board.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, proficiently translating complex data into actionable insights with clarity and precision.
- Team-oriented leadership style, skilled in delegation and organization, readily offering support to colleagues as required.
- Exceptional creative thinking skills, adept at problem-solving and consistently achieving growth targets.
