The Basics:
The Enablement Systems Analyst is responsible for both the ongoing usage, monitoring, and maintenance of Tanium’s Learning Management System (LMS) as the Primary Administrator. This person will oversee day-to-day operations in the Tanium LMS, including the management of courses and content, providing support and best practices to other Enablement team members, actively troubleshooting and finding resolutions to systems issues, assisting learners with troubleshooting, and contributing to continuous system improvements and overall program efficiencies. He/She/They should expect to become a system expert and provide best-in-class customers service to internal and external learners.
In addition, the Enablement Systems Analyst will act as a secondary Administrator in Tanium’s lab-hosting infrastructure tool. This function will include the management of internal and external data and content, contributing to ongoing system improvements, coordinating resolution of system issues, assisting learners with troubleshooting, and enabling other Enablement team members with system information and troubleshooting tips to help them perform their jobs more successfully.
Working in alignment with Technical Enablement management, the Enablement System Analyst will also act as a consultant to other Tanium organizations to provide best practices and guidance for content hosting and delivery via the LMS. This individual should ideally have a thorough understanding of learning platforms and expect to become an expert to troubleshoot any technical difficulties. The ideal candidate can quickly and efficiently locate information, solve problems or roadblocks, and swiftly determine solutions with a customer-service focus and mindset.

- Manage and maintain the organization's LMS
- Configure the system to meet the organization's needs
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Upload and validate course content
- Provide actionable learning data to key stakeholders
- Provide technical support to users
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the LMS meets the organization's training and development needs
- Drive continuous system improvements through innovation and efficiencies
- Act as the primary liaison with the LMS vendor
We’re looking for someone with:
- Must be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience with LMS Administration required; Saba Cloud LMS preferred
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of instructional design and e-learning development is a plus

What you’ll get
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000 to $145,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
