Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our pediatric mental health outpatient center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood mental health and a passion for improving the lives of children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day management and oversight of clinical operations, ensuring high-quality care for children aged 3-11.
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Develop and implement clinical programs and treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of children with autism, serious mental health conditions, and childhood trauma.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services, making necessary adjustments to enhance care quality.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners to promote comprehensive care and support for children.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
Qualifications:
- Licensed clinician with supervisory designation in Social Work or Mental Health (LISW-S, LPCC-S or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in early childhood mental health, including work with autism, serious mental health conditions, and childhood trauma.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of effectively supervising clinical teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
