Your Purpose
As an IT Networks Junior Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure and software solutions to ensure the efficient and secure processing of member transactions and operations within the organization.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Associates degree in an applicable field AND minimum 2 years of work experience in a Specialist role OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role required.
- Expert knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring.
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent creative and analytical thinking skills.
- Certification in MCITP or MCSE, VCP, CCNA, A+ and/or Network+ preferred.
- Proficiency in administering VMWare virtual environment and Storage Access Network.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and multitasking abilities.
What You'll Do
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to IT professionals, ensuring their success as subject matter experts in IT processes and technologies.
- Manage technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues, while establishing and enforcing IT policies and procedures to maintain data integrity and security.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as data privacy and cybersecurity, including establishing and enforcing IT governance frameworks and practices to mitigate risks and protect sensitive information.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current technology trends and industry best practices. Identify and leverage opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance IT services and support business growth.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
Salary Range: $82,000 - $109,000
OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
