Job Summary
The Director of People and Culture, who reports to the Executive Director, provides leadership and support to the People and Culture Department, setting the department’s vision and strategy, while working collaboratively with their team and internal customers to support the full employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. The Director is a strategic partner with the Executive Director in creating and sustaining a strong People and Culture department that serves as the foundation for Neighborhood House to achieve its mission.

Pay: $129,209.60 - $143,624.00 per year
