Position Overview
FRLE is looking for CounterIntelligence personnel to provide support to Sensitive Activities tailored to the planning and execution of Counterintelligence missions in support of the nation's toughest missions. - Contingent Upon Contract Award
Responsibilities
- Provide direct CI staff support to the counterintelligence coordinating authority assisting in the preparation and execution of all aspects of CI programs.
- Integrate and deconflict joint CI activities with the Joint Staff and COCOMs.
- Provide CI support to worldwide operations.
- Provide CI support to the command's staff and subordinate elements as required.
- Identify foreign counterintelligence and security modus operandi and threats to client.
- Assist in evaluating adversarial operational capabilities and effectiveness.
- Assist conducting risk versus gains analysis and assessments.
- Advise command personnel concerning adversarial capabilities based on information gained from operations, experience, research, and collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and five years of counterintelligence experience.
- Graduate of the Department of Defense or Federal Counterintelligence/Law Enforcement Badge & Credentialing School.
- 3 years experience collaborating with the Department of Defense (DoD) CI support for Defense Agencies, Combatant Commands, and other DoD components.
- Proficiency in Intelligence Community analytical methodologies, standards, and software tools.
- Working knowledge of the full range of concepts, principles, practices, laws, methods, and techniques related to DoD counterintelligence investigations and operations.
- Demonstrate both individual and team-oriented traits conducive to successful integration into a dynamic work environment.
- Current Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Current CI Scope Polygraph.
