Manager, HR Operations & Systems
The Manager of HR Operations and Systems is responsible for providing leadership and managing complex projects related to data integrity, HR technology, systems, processes, records, and data management. To be successful in this role you will need to have a continuous improvement mindset rooted in best practices. You will plan and manage projects related to system implementations, new functionalities, process improvement, system updates and release management. You will incorporate best practices to improve HR systems and processes.

About The Role
- Partner with the Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations in building out the HRIS Roadmap and strategic plan to address Rexford’s short-term and long-term organizational needs.
- Develop, configure, implement, and maintain user-friendly, company-wide HR systems (Paycor, Greenhouse, LMS, Performance, Rewards & Recognition) and processes for people operations including onboarding, offboarding, payroll change, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and other data-dependent activities.
- Consult across HR as well as with other functional leaders on HR technology initiatives and develop a strategic vision for the HR technology needs of the organization.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the Paycor integration, needs assessment, requirements gathering, testing and implementation of existing and next technologies.
- Represent Human Resources function on the development of HRIS Roadmap, understand current system capabilities and resources so as to advise and recommend solutions based upon vetted data driven approach to ensure seamless integration and efficient processes.
- Project management lead in collaboration with IT and Payroll to issue fixes and root cause analysis on annual HRIS system upgrades.
- Ensure timely, high-quality data delivery, with the ultimate goal of supporting maximizing data integrity, administrative optimization and stakeholder experience.
- Lead continues improvement initiatives for HR Operations.
About You
- 6+ years of experience implementing or maximizing the efficiency of HR systems and processes.
- Super-user capability with in HCM or equivalent software, and demonstrable knowledge of how to enhance efficacy of complex systems.
- Experience designing and implementing Tier 0 / Tier 1 HR ticketing at scale, and leveraging that ticketing system for reporting.
- Track record of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Experience scaling systems and processes through rapid growth.
- Current knowledge of HR regulatory compliance as relates to benefits, payroll, employee records, and personal information.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior members of the people team.
- Requires a four-year college or university degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- International Human Resources Information Management (IHRIM) Certification Preferred
- Paycor HCM Certification – Desired
Compensation
Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility, and long-term stock incentives. This role's expected annual salary range is $120,000 to $150,000, with a 15% discretionary annual bonus target and stock grant eligibility.* The actual base salary and total compensation offered depend on a variety of factors, which include, without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location where the job will be performed. The final base salary and total compensation will be described in any offer letter.

*These stock grants are subject to approval by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, are currently subject to vesting over a four-year period, with 25% of the grant vesting per year, and require continued employment on the grant date and each applicable vesting date.
