JOB DESCRIPTION
This position provides analytical, consultation, documentation, and troubleshooting support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) and HRIS teams for Avature's recruiting and onboarding modules. This is a remote position supporting our HRIS and Talent Acquisition teams on our new ATS (Avature) that goes live March 1. The work environment will be very fast-paced as we support our end users on the new system and prepare for our next project phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in Avature post go-live hyper care and ongoing end user support by answering user questions, tracking and documenting questions and issues, troubleshooting issues, etc.
- Participates in unit, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Assists with preparing and maintaining system documentation, including system set-up, design decisions, and troubleshooting steps.
- Supports UCLA Health's Avature project plan activities and ad hoc requests to test new and enhanced system functionality.
- Functions as a TA systems expert, demonstrating good judgment in investigating and resolving a wide range of business process and system-related issues of moderate to complex scope.
- Coordinates with TA and HRIS staff to analyze and meet information needs through production of Avature standard and custom reports.
- In partnership with others, conducts ad hoc recruiter and hiring manager training to reinforce new process and system concepts.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience working with recruiting and onboarding modules of a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a business systems analyst role.
- Strong process and system documentation skills and experience.
- Excellent analytical, system troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Avature ATS experience.
- Experience configuring ATS functionality.
- Experience building ATS reports.
