Job Description:
LPN/LVN — HOME HEALTH.
– Private Duty Nursing – Ratio 1:1. One home per shift; Various Shifts – facility is open to 5X8; 4X10; 3X12 – ensure your candidate advises what shifts they would like.
– Patients may be on trach, g-tube, vents.
Start date: must start within 3-4 weeks of submittal.
Ratio: 1:1
Years of experience REQ: 1 year experience
First-timers accepted: YES
Certs REQ: BLS
Is on-call REQ? No
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No
Open to accommodating block schedule? No guarantee but will try if it fits the facilities needs.
Locals accepted: YES
Pending License accepted: Yes – must show proof of license pending and advise on date applied – depending on date applied, candidate may be redirected.
RTO Restrictions: 1 week max – must make up if it’s a whole week.
