Minimum Requirements:
- Good understanding of Agile development process.
- 7-8+ years of experience in Java development.
- Experience in architecting, designing, and fixing code across web applications.
- Design and development experience in web applications.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java code development related to web security.
- This is primarily a developer role with security experience.
- Develop fixes for prioritized security defects in the portal framework.
Preferred Skills:
- Provides application security services including secure coding techniques and reviews, education & awareness, process and tools, security testing support and guidance for internal software development projects.
- Provides guidance on security best practices and compliance, and undertakes security testing.
- Ensures awareness of and enforces policies, procedures, and practices relating to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
- Monitors and proactively reports on current threats and vulnerabilities to application security.
- Prepares and monitors operational security metrics and trends.
Job Responsibility:
- Fixing security code defects across web applications.
