To prepare for the future, Circle K has established a dedicated eMobility unit with the purpose of building an entire new business to meet the demand of EV drivers. As a leader of Circle K eMobility North America you will be a part of the Global eMobility management team and have a key role in developing a new and prioritized business area in Circle K. Circle K’s vision is to become the world’s preferred destination for energy and convenience and the available position will be instrumental in supporting that vision by adapting our retail network electrification of transport.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the strategy and execution of eMobility solutions for Circle K
- Execute the current eMobility strategy in North America, which focuses on developing a core charging network and growing this offer commercially
- Update vision and strategy for next steps with Circle K executives and Global eMobility leadership
- Build strong relationships, efficient governance and processes with Circle K’s Business Units and Functional Groups to grow the business area with success and as One Team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as utilities, regulators, OEMs, and fleet operators, to identify and realize business opportunities and accelerate growth
- Represent the company as a thought leader and spokesperson for eMobility solutions in North America, participating in industry events, media interviews, and public forums.
- Collaborate with global eMobility management team to leverage synergies, share best practices, and align on strategic goals and initiatives
- Lead a lean team of eMobility experts. Be flexible and assist where needed as we are a small team with a common goal
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, technical or related field
- 7+ years of experience in e-Mobility field, or large chain retail experience
- Proven leadership experience, can align team and stakeholders around a common direction and towards common goals
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset, able to define the next steps in growing the business area
- A dynamic mindset, embrace change and adapt to new opportunities and changes in the marketplace
- Drive, persistence and discipline to see the execution through end to end
- Ability to build and maintain structure in a fast-paced environment
- Interest and capability to learn technology
- The will and motivation to take part in building a new business area within a global company
