Located on a 400-acre ranch 40 miles from the metro area, Clay Crossing stands alone in providing a tranquil setting for healing and personal progress. As a privately owned entity, Clay Crossing is the ideal place to be yourself, live your faith, learn and grow while making a difference in people’s lives.
Clay Crossing is CARF certified and recently achieved a three-year certification with distinction from ODMHSAS. With just 28 beds, Clay Crossing can focus on quality time with our residents. The persons served are living at our ranch for 30-90 days and our team has time to tailor a treatment plan, provide frequent counseling, interact daily and see results. We are now accepting insurance, growing our staff and improving our facilities as part of our long-term plan to be a center of excellence for substance abuse treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma - LADC, LPC, LMFT, LBP, and/or LCSW
- Work experience performing the functions of Clinical Director for behavioral health / substance abuse facility
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- Must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license and pass a background check and drug test
Additional Consideration given for experience in:
- Substance Abuse counseling
- Equine Therapy (Eagala Certified)
- Insurance coding and billing
- CARF compliance
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership and policy direction for all inpatient treatment programs
- Maintain accepted standards of clinical practice throughout the facility
- Provide administrative and professional supervision of staff
- Provide professional individual & group therapy
- Complete required notes and clinical documentation
- Serve as lead member of the Clinical Team and contribute to decision making
