Role Overview:
As the Principal Product Marketing Manager at Logik.io, you will lead the product marketing efforts, driving the go-to-market strategy for our innovative CPQ solutions. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling messaging and positioning, enabling our sales team, and driving market awareness and demand. This role is crucial in shaping how our products are perceived in the market and ensuring our solutions meet the needs of our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for Logik.io’s product portfolio, including product launches, market entry strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with our target customers and differentiates Logik.io in the marketplace.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver sales tools, training, and content to enable the sales team to effectively communicate the value of Logik.io’s solutions. This includes presentations, battle cards, product demos, and competitive analyses.
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies. Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Competitive Analysis & Positioning: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and develop positioning strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Create battle cards and other tools to empower sales teams in competitive scenarios. Monitor market dynamics and adjust positioning strategies as needed.
- Demand Generation: Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Logik.io’s products. Provide input on content creation, targeting, and campaign execution.
- Product Evangelism: Serve as a product expert and evangelist, representing Logik.io at industry events, webinars, and with key customers and partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other teams to align marketing efforts with product development and business objectives.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a small product marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record in GTM strategy and sales enablement.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate market insights into actionable plans that drive business results.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Market Knowledge: Must have experience marketing complex enterprise B2B SaaS products. Deep understanding of the CPQ and/or eCommerce space is not required, but a plus.
