We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven communications professional to join our Corporate Functions Communications team, specializing in HR initiatives. This role will lead key internal communications that support our people strategy and enhance the JLL employee experience. You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the narrative for over 100,000 employees globally, reinforcing JLL's employee value proposition and driving engagement across our organization. Collaborating with senior HR stakeholders, you’ll provide strategic counsel and craft high-impact communications plans that resonate with our diverse, global workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Human Resources function, providing strategic communications counsel and support.
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies aligned with HR priorities.
- Craft compelling narratives and content across various channels (e.g., emails, presentations, key messages, talking points, video scripts) to effectively communicate HR policies, benefits, and workplace initiatives.
- Support the communications needs of high-profile HR events, including Town Halls and leadership meetings.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually striking and effective communication materials.
- Partner with other members of the Corporate Functions Communications team and Internal Communications Center of Excellence to ensure alignment with organizational goals and HR-driven initiatives.
- Implement data-driven approaches to measure and improve communication effectiveness.
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, continuously bringing fresh, creative ideas to our communications strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience in internal, executive, and/or corporate communications, with a track record of leading successful initiatives.
- Experience leading and executing communications strategies related to total rewards, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits, and other areas of Human Resources.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful messaging.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and internal communications tools (e.g., Poppulo, Staffbase).
